What is a custom label?

For each item of additional information, you have the possibility to change how it is label in the AGOA app.

In order to do that, select the desired additional information type, and then modify the label in the Custom label column.

For example, in the screenshot below, the Number of jetbridges/stairs used on arrival has been renamed “Jetbridges/stairs”

Especially for smartphone users, who have less space on their screen, it is usually preferable to use short custom labels.

⚠️ When choosing a custom label, you must make it correspond to the additional information type selected. If you do not, the information in the Backoffice will not properly display and we will be unable to provide you with accurate and relevant analytics.
