Inside each task of a critical path, you can ask agents additional information. The goal is for agents to collect information while they are performing the action, instead of noting it down and inputting it several hours after. For example, the arrival agent could enter the number of WCH used during disembarking.
This allows for information to be collected and stored in an organized way (by turnaround and by task), for a long time (see For how long is the data input in AGOA going to be available?)
It also simplifies post-flight reporting and data archiving, enabling you to get rid of loose sheets of paper and mountains of Excel workbooks. If a year after a flight you need to retrieve precise data about it, it’s possible.
We suggest you add additional information items for any data you may want to track and/or record.
