How can I change or reset my AGOA password?

If you know your password, change it yourself from your profile in AGOA Web or Mobile. If you forgot it, your AGOA administrator or Tarmac support must reset it for you.

There are two options:

  • Change it yourself. If you know your current password, you can change it from your profile in AGOA Web or AGOA Mobile.

  • Admin reset. If you forgot it, a manager or administrator can reset it from the Backoffice, as long as they have access to user management and a position the same as or higher than yours.

How can I change my password for AGOA?

If you know your current password, you can change it yourself from your profile. Your new password must be 8 characters or longer, with at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

On AGOA Web

  1. Open your Profile.

  2. Click Reset password.

  3. Enter your current password and your new password.

  4. Save your changes.

On AGOA Mobile

Tap your profile (top left or bottom right of the screen, depending on the window), then tap Password.

What should I do if I forgot my AGOA password?

You cannot reset a forgotten password yourself: there is no "Forgot password" link and no reset email. Your password needs to be reset in the Backoffice by your company's AGOA administrator. If your administrator can't help, contact our support team at [email protected].

If you need to reset another user's password, see How to reset a user's password in the Backoffice.
