AGOA
AGOA is available both on mobile devices and through a web browser.
Mobile application — download the AGOA app:
Web application — access AGOA from your browser: agoa.tarmactechnologies.com
What you need: a Station permission (at least Basic access) and at least one operational access, which is an airline / airport pair. The operational access defines which turnarounds you can see.
Backoffice
The Backoffice lets authorized users manage users, permissions, schedules, reports, and operational settings: backoffice.tarmactechnologies.com
What you need: at least one permission in the Backoffice interface (Viewer or Editor). Each section of the Backoffice has its own permission. For more details, see How can I access the Backoffice?
Analytics
Access Analytics to view operational dashboards, reports, and performance indicators: bi.tarmactechnologies.com
What you need: the Analytics permission (Viewer). Your Tarmac account manager first deploys Analytics for your company, then gives this permission to at least one user of your company, who can give it to the other users. For more details, see What is AGOA Analytics?
Login credentials
AGOA, the Backoffice and Analytics all use the same username and password. See Are my Analytics credentials the same as AGOA?
If you forgot your AGOA password, see How can I change or reset my AGOA password?
Need help accessing an interface?
If you can log in but can't open an interface, or can't see any turnaround, there are usually two possible reasons:
Your account is missing a permission or an operational access. Ask your AGOA administrator to add it. See What are permissions, and how do I assign them to a user? and What is operational access, and how do I assign it to a user?
Your administrator can't give you this access. An administrator can only give what they have themselves, and some interfaces (for example Compliance) are paid add-ons. In this case, contact [email protected].
