There sadly is no functionality to export a dashboard as a PDF.
Here are a few other alternatives.
1. Share a link
This solution only works if you want to send the dashboard to someone that has access to the analytics and to your dashboard.
- Click on the share button at the right of the dashboard title.
- Click on the Lock time rangetoggle to get a link with the absolute time range you’re seeing right now.
- This would for example convert the “Last 30 days” time range into “2022-08-23 → 2022-09-22”.
- Click on the blue Copy button to copy the link into your clipboard.
2. Take a screenshot
Here is how to take a screenshot of some operating systems:
- Windows: Click on the Print Screen key (depends on your hardware)
- Windows 10 & 11: Win + Shift + S
- Mac: Shift + Command + 3 (entire screen) OR Shift + Command + 4 (portion of the screen)
- Ubuntu: Print Screen (entire screen) OR Shift + Print Screen (portion of the screen)
3. Create a screenshot
