New turnaround report
First of all, navigate to the Reports tab in the Backoffice, and click the blue Add a turnaround close report button.
Then, fill in the details of the turnaround report:
- Airline
- The airport should have been pre-selected
- The list of email addresses that will receive the report
For the moment, there can only be one report type per airline per airport.
Additional information
You can require that additional information be entered on each report.
For as many items as you like (you can add one by clicking on the green plus sign):
- Enter the name of the field (that will appear in the AGOA app).
- Choose a type among text, number and checkbox.
- (Optional) Click on the Compulsory toggle. If you do, AGOA users will not be able to send the report before this information is entered.
Example: you might want to include the name of the TRC (turnaround coordinator) in the report. In that case, do as in the picture below.
Task timings
For each task you want to include in the turnaround report, select one or more of the following timings:
- Planned start
- Actual start
- Planned end
- Actual end
