How do I add or remove additional information on a task in my critical path?

In the Backoffice, open the critical path, open More Parameters on the task, then add a line with an existing additional information label, or click X to remove one, and save.

You can ask agents to record extra information on a task by adding additional information to it in your critical path. You can only use labels that already exist. If the label you need isn't in the list, contact our support team at [email protected] to create it.

Add additional information

  1. In the Backoffice, go to Critical Paths and open the critical path you want to update. Make sure it's the right one for the airline, airport and aircraft.

  2. Find the task and open More Parameters.

  3. In Task Additional Information, click + to add a line, then select the label.

  4. Fill in the fields:

    • Custom Label: the text your agents will see in this critical path.

    • Type of Answer: the kind of information agents will enter.

    • Is Required?: turn it on if agents must complete it.

    • Order: if the task has several fields, the order in which they appear.

  5. Close the pop-up window and click Save.

Remove additional information

  1. Open the critical path, find the task and open More Parameters.

  2. In Task Additional Information, click the X on the line you want to remove.

  3. Close the pop-up window and click Save.

Removing it only affects this critical path. The label stays available for other critical paths.
