How do I cancel a flight in AGOA?

Flights can't be cancelled yourself in AGOA. Contact our support team with the flight number and date of each leg, and we'll set the flight to cancelled.

Cancelling a flight isn't available as a self-service action. Our support team sets the flight to cancelled for you.

Contact us at [email protected] and include, for each leg to cancel:

  • The flight number

  • The date

  • The airport
