If a delay code or another value that was filled automatically is wrong, it has to be corrected in the system that sends it to AGOA. AGOA displays this information exactly as it is received, and it can't be changed or removed in AGOA.
How do I know a value is automatic?
It is highlighted in blue. See What does it mean when a timing is highlighted in blue?
Its name ends with (auto), for example Gate closed (auto). This time comes automatically from an integration, such as the airport's AODB. It is separate from the time your agents record by hand for the same step.
Delay codes sent by your airline's system, such as a flight status system, are also automatic.
How to correct it
Find out which system sends the value. Your IT team can tell you.
Correct the value in that system. Once the corrected value is sent again, AGOA displays it.
If the value is correct in your system but still wrong in AGOA, contact our support team at [email protected] with the flight number, date, airport and the value concerned.
If the value is missing rather than wrong, see How do I troubleshoot missing automatic data?
