How do I troubleshoot missing automatic data?

If automatically populated data is missing in AGOA, first identify where the data should come from, then verify that it exists in the source system. If the source contains the data but it is still missing in AGOA, contact Tarmac Support.

Follow these steps:

  1. Confirm that the field is populated automatically.

    • Look for a field highlighted in blue.

    • Check whether the field displays (Auto) or the name of the integration source (for example, LDM).

  2. Identify the data source.

    • Use the source shown in the field to determine whether the data comes from a Type B message or another external system, such as an airport AODB.

  3. Verify that the source system actually contains the data.

    • For Type B messages, confirm that the message was received.

    • For other systems, verify that the information exists in the source system.

  4. If the data is available in the source system but still missing in AGOA, contact Tarmac support.
