I deleted a schedule but I can still see the flight in AGOA — what should I do?

Deleting a schedule only prevents future turnarounds from being created. If the flight/turnaround was already created in AGOA, it will remain visible and must be removed by support.

If the flight has already been created in AGOA from a manual schedule, ask support to remove it. Deleting the schedule only stops flights that haven't been created yet (typically those more than 48 hours away).

If the schedule itself was incorrect, delete it and recreate it correctly.
