In the Backoffice, when creating or editing a task, you can enable the End-only option to choose whether it tracks a single time or a full start-and-finish duration.
End-only disabled
The task has both Start and Finish timings, so its duration can be measured (for example, Boarding).
End-only enabled
The task records only a Finish time and is treated as a single milestone (for example, Boarding agent arrived at gate).
