How can I reset an AGOA user's password?

You can reset a user’s password in the Users section of the Backoffice

To reset an AGOA user's password, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You have access to the Users section of the Backoffice

  • Your position in the system is higher than the user whose password you want to reset

If both conditions are met:

  • Search for the user in the Backoffice Users section. You can use the search bar and user filters.

  • Click on the user's row to open the user details.

  • Click Reset password near the top right corner.

If you don't have access to the Backoffice Users section, contact your administrator or send us a message via the support chat at the bottom right of your screen.

NOTE: You cannot view your own user or reset your own password in AGOA. Please refer to Who can reset my password? if you need to reset your own password.
