Who can reset my password?

You can reset your password yourself, or ask someone with a higher role to do it for you.

There are two options

  • Self-reset

    If you are logged in to AGOA, you can change your password directly from your account.

  • Admin reset

    A manager or administrator can reset your password from the Backoffice, as long as they have access to user management and a higher role than yours.
