If you are using AGOA mobile:
Head over to your profile.
In the Settings, change Time Mode to any of the 3 options.
If you are using AGOA web:
On the top right of your screen, click on the icon next to the time.
Click on any of the 3 options.
NOTE: If your Device Local Time corresponds to the Airport Local Time, you will only be able to select Device Local Time.
