The colored dot shown on the task list is a filling indicator for the additional information contained within each task.
Green dot: all additional information for the task has been filled in.
Orange dot: some additional information is missing, but it won't prevent you from sending your flight report.
Red dot: a mandatory piece of additional information is missing. This will prevent you from sending your flight report.
