Your password must be of 8 characters or longer, with at least 1 upper case, 1 lower case, 1 number and 1 special character.
In order to change you AGOA password you will need to have your current AGOA password.
On AGOA Web: click on the profile icon in the bottom left of your screen and clicking Reset Password.
On AGOA Mobile: by clicking on your profile in the top left or bottom right of your screen, depending on the current window, and clicking Password.
