What does a task bar show in AGOA?

In your turnaround, each line contains a task with useful information

If you are using AGOA on the web, each turnaround task will look somehow like this:

Let's break down what those lines show:

The task icon and name help understand at a glance what it is about

The color pill shows the status of the additional information contained in a task:

  • A green pill means all additional information has been filled

  • An orange pill means some additional information has not been filled, but it is not mandatory

  • A red pill means some mandatory additional information has not been filled, which will eventually prevent the report from being sent

If you are using AGOA on the web, you will see task timings as follows:

  • The top timings show the start and end targets of a task

  • The bottom timings show the actual start and end time, relative to the target

The colored text shows the status of the task itself:

  • Red text means a task is late while green text means a task is on time

This icon appears when comments were left on a task:

  • You can click on this icon to see the comments
