On AGOA web, each turnaround task looks something like this:

What each part shows
Icon and name: help you understand what the task is about at a glance.
Color pill: shows the status of the task's additional information.
Green: all additional information has been filled in.
Orange: some additional information is missing, but it's not mandatory.
Red: some mandatory additional information is missing, which will eventually prevent the report from being sent.
Timings (web view):
The top timings show the start and end targets of a task.
The bottom timings show the actual start and end time, relative to the target.
Colored text: shows the status of the task itself — red means the task is late, green means it's on time.
Comment icon: appears when comments have been left on a task. Click it to see the comments.
