How to create a route-specific critical path in the Backoffice?

Modified on Mon, 10 Oct, 2022 at 11:13 AM

A route-specific critical path is a critical path that will applied not only for a specific aircraft type, but also for specific origin airport and/or destination airport.

To create a route-specific critical path, you first need a standard critical path. If you have not yet created one, see How to create a critical path in the Backoffice?

To create a route-specific critical path, click on the green plus sign at the end of the row of an existing standard critical path.

Now, in the Origin and destination airports section, for as many combinations as you want (click on the green plus sign to add one), either:

  • Select the Origin and Destination airports to target turnarounds coming from that specific Origin and departing to that Destination.
  • Choose an Origin airport and leave Arrival Only to target turnarounds composed of an arriving flight only.
  • Choose an Destination airport and leave Departure Only to target turnarounds composed of a departing flight only.

You cannot have a Departure Only → Arrival Only route, as such a turnaround cannot exist.

You may now edit details, tasks and/or items of additional information.
