I used Internet Explorer and all my data is gone. Help!

Internet Explorer is an outdated internet browser with many security flaws and should no longer be used.

Accessing the Backoffice with Internet Explorer causes all the data to be erased.


If this happened to you and your critical path or other information is gone, make sure to contact us at support@tarmactechnologies.com or via this ticket form as soon as possible. We will try to recover as much as we can.

Please include details such as who you are, your airport, your airline or handler and what information is gone from the Backoffice.
