How to create a schedule in the Backoffice?

Modified on Mon, 10 Oct, 2022 at 12:08 PM

If AGOA retrieves the flight schedule of your airline automatically, you should not create manual schedules.

New Schedule

  • First of all, navigate to the Schedules tab of the Backoffice.
  • Then, click on the Add schedule blue button.

In the first section, you will have to enter the identifying details of your turnaround:

  • The airport should be pre-filled.
  • Airline
  • Outbound flight number (without the airline identifier)
  • Aircraft type

Then, fill out the first inbound flight arrival and last outbound departure dates, keeping in mind that those are UTC dates.

Flight details

Fill in the inbound and outbound flight details:

  • STD & STA
  • Origin/destination airport
  • Flight number (the outbound flight number will have been prefilled)

Schedule choice

Option 1: every day at the same hour

The most simple option is to schedule the exact same inbound and outbound flight for all days of the week, between the two limit dates input in the first section.

Option 2: specific days of the week

Using this option, you may select the days of the week that the flights are operated on. You may even choose different timings and/or aircraft type for each day of the week.

Option 3: specific days

This option is the most precise and allows you to customize the flight schedule for each single day between the limit days input in the first section.

If you delete a day by mistake, you can reset the view by clicking on the Specific days button again.

Proof-read and save

DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE! Otherwise, you may lose all your work.
