If AGOA retrieves the flight schedule of your airline automatically

Flights are created in advance according to the agreement we have with your airline, which is usually around 24 or 48 hours.

To find out, we suggest you contact your supervisor or the person in charge of AGOA at your company. You can also contact us at support@tarmactechnologies.com or via this ticket form.

Flights are then compared against the airline scheduling system and updated up to 4 hours before the STA of the arriving flight (or the STD of the departing flight for departure-only turnarounds).

If it does not

For manual schedules, flights are created 48 hours before the STA of the arriving flight (or the STD of the departing flight for departure-only turnarounds).
