You may do both, depending on your preference and on your company’s policy.
You can create an account for every physical person using AGOA, for example using their first and last names as the username.
You may also create a generic account for a position, for example a TRC
account, regardless of who the TRC actually is for a given turnaround.
Keep in mind that all user actions are recorded, and you can even see the username that sent a comment or a message. If you use a single shared account, traceability is therefore partially lost, on the other hand user’s management will potentially be less complex.
