How to delete a user?

You cannot and must not delete a user, because that would lead to a loss of data.

You may however deactivate a user to prevent them from accessing AGOA and the Backoffice, which is the desired effect.

• Navigate to the Users tab of the Backoffice.
• Click on the blue pencil at the end of the line of the user you want to deactivate.
• Click on the Active toggle in the first section.
