Vendors do not have access to AGOA.
A vendor will receive by email and/or phone whatever is sent through the messages features of the AGOA app. They are usually subcontractors, but can be anyone you want.
The goal of setting up vendors is to be able to send important notifications to the people linked to a given task straight from the AGOA app, without having to look for an email address or a phone number.
You will also have access to a vendor’s contact information in the AGOA app, in the vendors tab.
As an added benefit, you will be able to provide proof that you did contact your subcontractor for a given turnaround, at a given time.
