What are user roles? What does each one mean?

Roles, or positions, define what a user account has access to.

These are the available roles:

DGO (Director of Ground Operations)
STATION_MANAGER
DUTY_MANAGER
TRC (Turnaround coordinator)
LEADER
AGENT

Below is a diagram detailing the permissions of each user account role:

The Auditor Role is not in use today, and should not be selected.
