I cannot find my turnaround in the AGOA app!

In order for a turnaround to be created in the AGOA app, you should have at least one critical path for this airline, in this airport, even if the aircraft type is different. (See What is a default critical path?)


Furthermore, turnarounds are only created a short while before they happen:

  • 48 hours in advance for manual schedules.
  • Depending on our agreement with your airline for automatic schedules (usually 24 to 48 hours).


If the turnaround is supposed to begin in a few hours and does not appear, contact us as soon as possible at support@tarmactechnologies.com or create a new ticket here.
